in all fairness, even when I am always in a pacing and loading mode in this class, i am learning new and useful stuff every meeting.

(Concept of probability) I have learned that probabilities are very crucial in making decisions. Is it likely to happen or not?

(Approaches without probabilities) You can be optimistic or conservative with your decisions. Are you confident or not?

(Minimax Regret Approach) There is always an opportunity cost for every decision. This means, for every decision, you can have regrets ranging from zero/none to the largest possible value.

(Sensitivity Analysis) Sensitivity is very important and crucial. Analyze the possibilities of competition and other factors. What probability value can or will make you change your decision?

We make decisions everyday. We just need to be aware on how these decisions are dependent on our approach, actions and way of thinking.
